I wanted to return this shirt but they said my return was declined because they said it was a special order item. Nowhere does it say when you pull up this shirt to order that it's a special order item! This company is a rip-off and doesn't stand by their return refund policy at all! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!
When you pick the size, color and design of a product, it is called customizing the product and our refund policy CLEARLY states that customized or special ordered items are nonrefundable. However, after receiving the horrible email you sent, you received your refund in full yesterday. We sure hope you have a better day honey.
